What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone
- Direct clients to team members and manage appointments
- Keep office communications running smoothly and records up to date
- Engage in positive conversations and spot opportunities to offer insurance options
- Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on client needs
- Support the team with administrative tasks and projects
You Bring:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organization and multitasking ability
- Comfortable talking with customers about their needs
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM)
- Licensing required (we sponsor and support you!)
