In this role, you’ll handle both service and sales support, from resolving customer inquiries to identifying opportunities for additional protection through cross-selling auto, home, life, and health products. You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team where your growth is encouraged, and your work makes a direct impact on our community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth.
• Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and other service needs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update client information in our systems.

• Support retention efforts by building rapport and trust with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to meet agency sales and service goals.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
• Must obtain a Florida 2-14 Life & Health License and 2-20 Property & Casualty License (or 4-40 Customer Representative License) within the required time frame after hire.
• Licensing fees and study materials may be reimbursed upon successful completion, as outlined by agency policy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable with making outbound calls for follow-ups and cross-selling opportunities.
