In this vital role, you will be essential to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You will grow our agency through meaningful relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. No prior experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need!
Responsibilities in a Nutshell:
- Customer Hero: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced atmosphere where no two days are the same.
- Sales Support: Conduct policy reviews and provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Problem Solver: Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues with care and efficiency.
- Knowledgeable Resource: Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Must be willing to obtain a 4-40 and 2-15 insurance license (we will provide support in this process).
